BDC Sales/Service Agent

An eliteBDC Agent is a customer-first professional responsible for delivering concierge-level experiences while driving measurable results for dealership partners. Agents progress through a structured development path beginning in Service,  advancing to the Bridge Team, and ultimately to Sales based on performance, certification, and business need.

Position Overview

An eliteBDC Agent is a customer-first professional responsible for delivering concierge-level experiences while driving measurable results for dealership partners. Agents progress through a structured development path beginning in Service, advancing to the Bridge Team, and ultimately to Sales based on performance, certification, and business need.

Career Path Structure

  • Phase 1: Service Agent
  • Phase 2: Bridge Team Agent
  • Phase 3: Sales Agent

Progression is performance-based and requires meeting defined KPIs, QA standards, and Trainual certification requirements.

Core Responsibilities (All Agents)

  • Deliver professional phone, text, email, and chat communication
  •  Follow eliteBDC processes, scripts, and compliance standards
  • Accurately document all activity in CRM and phone systems
  • Represent dealership brands and eliteBDC with professionalism
  • Participate in coaching, QA, and ongoing training
  • Meet or exceed required KPIs
  • Maintain attendance, schedule adherence, and reliability

Service Agent Duties

  • Answer inbound service calls. Make outbound service calls on demand
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm service reservations
  • Capture customer and vehicle information accurately
  • Execute outbound service follow-up campaigns on demand
  • Reduce missed and abandoned calls
  • Identify and document potential sales opportunities

Bridge Team Agent Duties

  • Handle mixed inbound service and sales calls
  • Identify sales intent during service conversations
  • Warm-transfer or route qualified opportunities
  • Support overflow from service and sales teams
  • Maintain quality under multi-skill call environments

Sales Agent Duties

  • Handle inbound sales calls and internet leads
  • Conduct outbound follow-up on CRM and marketing leads
  • Qualify customers and schedule sales reservations
  • Execute follow-up cadences
  • Support events, equity, and special campaigns

Strategic Partnerships Specialist

eliteBDC is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to support business growth by building relationships and introducing our outsourced BDC services to dealerships and other businesses. This role is both consultative and relationship-driven, focused on identifying opportunities, leading discovery conversations, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.

Position Information: The B2B Sales Professional is responsible for scheduling demo appointments and closing deals for our B2B partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Marketing to Dealerships. Some marketing to be provide for you!
  • Use Volie (call center software) to fulfill outbound phone campaigns
  • Update record in ZOHO when contact is made or to update contact info
  • Continue with short and longterm follow up in ZOHO
  • Follow the B2B process to set solid appointments and develop relationships
  • Follow up with B2B leads from the eliteBDC Website, Social Media Leads, Lists and our Pixel Software
  • Aggressively search through recommended social media groups for new leads.
  • Actively post on your personal social media a 3-4 times per week and increase your followers by a minimum of 50-100 per month per social media site.
  • Accept inbound sales calls from Volie
  • Attend conferences as needed (travel 2-3 times per year)
  • Build your LinkedIn persona as a professional B2B Salesperson
  • Participate in remote training sessions assigned to you
  • Complete learning path courses relevant to this position
  • Utilize company provided attire and zoom backgrounds.
  • Goals: 1 demo kept per day

Study Products, Services and available resources to enhance your ability close deals 

  • Become an expert in the products you represent
  • Become an expert user of our platforms (Volie and ZOHO)

General Considerations:

  • The primary workload is communicating by telephone, cell phone, text, and by email. It is expected to
    be successful in this position you will likely be making between 50 -75 outbound phone calls each day.
    The Volie dialer provides a reasonable solution to make the call volume.
    • You have the option to call on dealers in person, speak at industry events, etc.

Compensation and benefits

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8A-5P
  • Salary plus monthly commission. To be discussed during the interview.
  • Commission structure -you will be paid commission of gross profit per dealership account per month on a six-month rolling book of business.
  • 2-weeks paid vacation and holidays
  • Offer to be provided after a formal interview.
