Internet Sales Manager, Worked for Sara
I reported to Sara for several years as an Internet Sales Consultant. Sara has a hands-on management style while still letting her reps function with independence. She is very detail oriented and is in constant assessment mode: If there is a better way to accomplish a task, Sara will find it. She is ambitious, energetic and professional in every respect. Sara also has an engaging personality which motivated her staff to strive for constant improvement. Working with Sara was a true pleasure.

BDC Manager January 2022
Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely be listening for a change in the way our BDC Rep works. We all took away from your session with her and have begun to implement the style you used for leaving voicemail. That has worked great. Our other agent already has received a call back from a customer that had not been answering

CRM Performance Manager, Vendor
I worked with Sara for several months with ELead CRM. She was helping with an internal BDC and Sara really knows her stuff. We worked well as a team, and she had really great ideas to get the store up and going. She knew her way through the CRM as well, and made sure everyone was always on the same page. I would definitely recommend Sara!

BDC & Internet Manager, Client
I have known Sara for over 20 years in the Auto Business. Recently, we have hired her to help build our BDC department up from ground zero. She has handled all aspects of the BDC from hiring employees, training staff and setting up processes and templates for the department. We have had a ton of success because of her knowledge of not only BDC, but her automotive background. I highly recommend Sara….she is great to work with!
