I love the analytical side of what I do-building and refining processes that empower our agents to perform at their best and deliver exceptional experiences for both our clients and their customers. I also thrive in the constant evolution of the role-no two days are the same, and I enjoy tackling new challenges while staying on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. - What makes a great workday for you?
A great day is one where I’ve been able to solve meaningful problems and implement improvements that directly support our agents. When our team is set up for success, everything else falls into place. - Coffee, energy drink, or pure willpower?

It is rewarding to be part of a company that is always moving forward, finding new ways to improve, and making a real impact for our clients. Being able to contribute ideas, bring projects to life, and help shape how we present ourselves and support our dealers is one of the things I enjoy most. - What makes a great workday for you?
Seeing our dealers happy is always rewarding, but what means the most is watching our team come together and overcome any obstacle. A great workday is one where everyone is communicating, supporting each other, and finding solutions no matter what comes our way. There is something really special about seeing hard work, teamwork, and determination turn into great results for both our clients and our company. - Coffee, energy drink, or pure willpower?

Between work, being a mom of three busy kids in sports, and serving as the lead for my city festival committee, life stays full. When I do get a little downtime, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, gaming, fishing, and spending time at the lake. Whether I’m on the go or able to relax for a bit, I love making the most of every moment.

A great day is one where I have been able to help someone, stay creative, and make progress on meaningful work. I love days where I feel productive and know I have made a difference. - Coffee, energy drink, or pure willpower?

I enjoy music that is uplifting and inspiring, especially Christian music. - What’s one fun fact about you?
When I am not working, I write Christian children’s books, stay active in my church, and enjoy expressing my creativity through jewelry design and painting.

Cher is a relative by blood on my father’s mother’s side of the family. I’m not musically inclined; I prefer to spend my time on the water. Lake, pool, or ocean-float, drink and speaker handy, I’m in paradise.

Outside of work, I enjoy hand embroidery and tending to my small farm – collecting eggs, feeding my goats, and enjoying the simple, steady routines of daily life.

I have a teenage daughter and son in college, so I mostly just supervise and fund the operation at this point. I love thrifting, DIY projects, and cooking. Honestly, my favorite thing is just spending time with my family.

The surplus of energy drinks I have is questionable to some, but a necessity to me (Joking! … Kind of) - What’s your favorite genre of music?
I don’t have a specific favorite genre, I listen to everything from K-pop like Stray Kids to alternative metal like Sleep Token, just depends on the day really! - What’s one fun fact about you?
I am an avid gamer and card collector! I have over 10k hours invested into the games I play, and wholeheartedly believe that some of that contributes to the problem solving and teamwork skills I have today!
